Puro Cuidado provides senior home care services in the region of Lisbon.

After an initial contact in which we assess the specific needs of each case, while also explaining the values that guide the work we do, we will present one or more personalized proposals for the situation in question. Upon acceptance of the same by the client, one of Puro Cuidado’s Social Workers visits our clients home, in order to assess the scope and extent of the necessary intervention, so that we can understand exactly which Caregiver profile is most appropriate for the case. Thereafter, within a maximum period of 24 hours, we will be able to start the requested support.

In a simplified way, we draw up a service provision contract that summarizes the type of agreed support and tasks, to give you guarantees of our commitment. Throughout our intervention, if necessary, we will be at your entire disposal to make any adjustment that may be necessary in order to adapt the tasks to the needs of the person we’re taking care of and his/her family.
